We provide a partial refund of $125 if the refund request is initiated before January 5th, 2024.
We do not offer refunds past January 5th, 2024.
If Sophisticated Coupling cancels the event for any reason, your entire payment will be refunded.
If the event is canceled due to inclement weather, the event will be postponed. At that time, You can either receive a full refund or move it forward to the new date.
